Personal session: 1on1

The main focus is entirely on the player. The goal behind this private session is to structure a practice specific to the players needs. We focus on anything from technical ability, skill, awareness, speed, strength, and position specific sessions.

This program is offered every Friday (year round).

Big Group Session: 4 or more players

This Program is hosted the last Friday of each month. This is for athletes within the ages of 7-16 (limited spots available). The players will be split up into two separate groups according to their age and skill level. The sessions will consist of high paced training that consist of technical work, possession play, and a focus on specific phases of the game such as attacking, defending.

6pm: Ages 7-11 years old

7pm: Ages 12-16 years old

This program is offered the last Friday of every month (year round).

Small group session: 2-4 players

The focus is to challenge the small group with technical drills and game like activities. Anything from 1v1s, 2v1s, defending, attacking and much more.

This program is offered on Mondays during the off season.
